 Terms And Conditions

All information will be kept private and confidential and filed accordingly.

All pets must remain indoors for the duration you are absent apart from those pets that live outdoors or the client has agreed for allowing pet('s) to be outdoors. This is to ensure the safety of the pet('s). Little and large pets cannot be held liable for any complications that may occur when your pet('s) is outdoors.


The client must ensure all food, medication, bedding and cleaning materials are provided for the duration of the booking, if not a receipt will be provided of the bought products and the client agrees to refund the cost of the products upon return in full. The location of materials and products will need to be provided to little and large pets.  Little and large pets cannot be held liable or responsible for any stains, marks or damages caused by attempts to clean up after any accident the pet('s) has made.


It's the clients responsibility to ensure that little and large pets are fully aware of any health issues that your pet('s) is experiencing, or has suffered in the past. Little and large pets cannot be held liable for any actions or omissions which result in problems or complications for anything not disclosed.


If the client's pet becomes sick or injured while under the care of little and large pets we will notify the client at the earliest convenience using information provided by the client to take instructions or guidance. In the event of not being able to contact the client, or in an emergency situation, little and large pets shall seek out medical attention from a vet.


The client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their pet receives while under the care of little and large pets. The client authorises little and large pets to seek veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary by the client’s usual/preferred vet, but this cannot be guaranteed in an emergency and the client accepts that little and large pets may at their discretion use any registered vet. The client agrees to pay all such costs immediately.


The Client is responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their pet('s) while it is under the care of little and large pets and agrees to indemnify in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.


The client must make sure all information provided is correct . Little and large pets shall follow instructions given on the booking form but cannot be held liable for any complications which may arise.


The client agrees that little and large pets are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged pet equipment and we will use best endeavours to make sure that items are treated respectfully and returned to the client where applicable.


Little and large pets can not be held liable to any damage to the property or possessions of the client in their absence, caused by the client’s pet('s), this shall be reported to the Client at the earliest opportunity.



If necessary the client shall provide key('s) needed and any security details to little and large pets. Keys will be coded and kept secure. Keys will be returned upon completion of absence. The client agrees that by signing the agreement this will safeguard little and large pets against any liability arising from loss or damage to the property or its contents, in past, present and future circumstances.


The client shall advise little and large pets of anyone who will have access to their property for the duration that the client is  absent. Little and large pets can not be held liable for other persons or their actions or omissions who will be in, or have access to the client’s property before, during or after services have been rendered.


Little and large pets are fully insured relative to the services performed for the client. It is agreed that it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the property, its contents and pets are adequately insured throughout the duration of the agreement.


The client agrees to a 30% non refundable deposit to be paid within 7 days of the booking either via bank transfer or cash. Final payment must be paid before or on the booked date. Upon early return a refund will not be provided as the client agrees to pay for the full duration that's been booked.


Clients that have recurring visits weekly must make sure payments are paid a week in advance of the booking. 


The booking is not confirmed until the deposit/payment is paid.


By signing this agreement or filling in the booking form the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
